Agent Engagement Policy

Nurture Language School works closely with our agents to ensure that they are reliable and competent with both the knowledge of our courses and of Singapore education so as to provide sound advice to our international students.

Our agent selection process includes a pre-engagement interview, site inspection of their offices where possible and verification of their business credentials before they are appointed to represent our school. Once appointed, they are obliged under contract, which clearly defines their responsibilities, to discharge their duties conscientiously so as to meet the high expectations set by our school.

We undertake to continuously monitor the conduct and performance of our agents, such as ensuring that all forms, contracts, information and marketing collaterals used by them are accurate, consistent and approved by us.

We take complaints lodged against our agents seriously. In the event of any misrepresentation by the appointed agents or by their servants due to negligence, Nurture Language School will seek to investigate the matter thoroughly and will redress the situation within our abilities.
